When it comes to appearance – Olive Eggers are a wildcard. They are predominantly black, blue or brown chicks however they grow out in almost every color and/or combination of muffs and beards. These chicks will grow into hens that lay predominantly green eggs ranging in color from sage to olive. There is potential to lay other colors also. They’re of moderate size and egg production.
