Boiled & Baked Fresh Wed-Mon

Our bagels are hand rolled, boiled, and baked in our store Wed-Mon. To enjoy, you can stop by to take away fresh bagels, we can prepare them in house for you grilled and topped, or you can visit one of our wholesale partners.

In our store, we also have a selection of bagel sandwiches. Please see our full breakfast menu for more details.

If you would like 6 or more bagels, we encourage calling a day ahead and placing a special preorder. Preorders do require at least 1 day lead time (cut off at 3pm).

Current wholesale partners: You can find our plain bagels at Sullivan House downtown Gorham as well as the Canopy Portland Waterfront Hotel downtown Portland!
